Choose your favorite shade of Double Wear 24H Waterproof Gel Eye Pencil. Generously apply to lid and smudge. Using a flat shading brush or your fingers, press the sparkle shade from a complementary Pure Color Envy Luxe Eyeshadow Quad over liner and blend upward. Repeat under lower lashline.
